After your inquiry is accepted or you’ve completed a consultation, you’ll receive a personalized proposal that outlines the details of your project. Once you review and approve it, you’ll be able to submit your payment securely online. This process keeps everything simple, clear, and tailored to your needs. Payment depends on the type of project. For larger projects like brand identity suites, websites, or packages, we require a deposit to secure your spot, with the remaining balance due before final delivery. For smaller or a la carte projects, payment is due in full at the time of booking. At checkout, you can also use third-party options like Klarna or Afterpay if you’d prefer to split payments.
Turnaround times vary depending on the service, but most services take between 10–14 business days. Larger projects, like full websites, brand identity suite, or branding packages, may take a little longer. Your exact timeline will always be shared upfront within your proposal so you know what to expect.
Yes, all projects are secured with a contract that outlines scope, timeline, payment terms, and deliverables. This ensures clarity and protects both you and me throughout the project.
Each service includes up to 3 rounds of revisions. Our goal is to make sure you love your final design while keeping the process efficient and smooth. Additional revisions can be requested for an extra fee if needed.
For larger projects, a deposit is required to secure your spot with the remaining balance due before final delivery of project files. For smaller services, full payment is required upfront. We do offer flexible payment options such as Klarna, and Afterpay at checkout.
All payments are non-refundable. Due to the nature of the services offered ER Creative Co does NOT provide refunds. If you [client] decide to cancel at your own discretion you will forfeit your project and will not be refunded. Refunds will only be issued at designers discretion. By purchasing any service you [client] are agreeing to our no refund policy.
If you choose to cancel your project, any amount paid whether in full or as a deposit cannot be returned. Please ensure you are ready to move forward before booking. ER Creative Co. reserves the right to discontinue or refund a project at our discretion if a client engages in behavior that is abusive, disrespectful, or makes the project unreasonably difficult to complete. This includes, but is not limited to, hostile communication, combative behavior, or failure to provide necessary information or approvals in a timely manner. ER Creative Co retains ownership of all copyrights and original work created prior to cancellation.
Yes, select services are eligible for printing services for an additional fee.
Yes! You’ll receive all final files via Dropbox in the proper formats for both print and digital use, along with any guides or resources included with your service. Our goal is to make sure you walk away with everything you need to confidently use your new brand materials.
